California is the home of Zinfandel and its wineries are perfectly geared towards producing big, juicy (and boozy) red wines. Ironstone Vineyards have done just that with this wine - dark berries, cooked fruit and chocolate in a rich and full body. The 14.5% ABV is punchy too - providing a gratifying warmth from sip to finish.
