Coming from a small, family owned vineyard in Valencia, this Verdejo is a lovely balance of lemon, grapefruit and blossom with a grassy minerality that helps keeps the flavours fresh and balanced.
Avoiding malolactic fermentation and the use of oak has meant that the Verdejo retains a very pure character which seems in line with winemaker Sebastian Mancebo's organic principles.
Try drinking it alongside pork loin, goats cheese, avocado salad and citrus-infused dishes such as Baja chicken.
