Payments

All prices are in £GBP and inclusive of all duty and taxes. You can make your payment online when submitting your electronic order. Most cards are accepted by our payment provider and payment will be taken automatically at the time the order is placed. You will receive an email to confirm your online payment.

Returns

You are entitled to cancel your order within seven working days of having received it for a full refund (including the delivery charge). You will be responsible for the cost and risk of damage associated with returning the goods to us and they must remain in saleable condition. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will provide a refund within 30 days.

In this instance, please contact us first so that we can assist you in making suitable arrangements.

Vintages

We try to keep our vintage information as accurate and up to date as possible. However, on occasion you may receive a wine from a newer vintage as stocks of the previous year run dry.

Order errors

In the event of an error with your order, please get in touch and we will do our best to rectify the problem promptly.

Discount codes/Sales

Only one discount code can be used per order. Such discounts will not be applied to prices that are already reduced during sale events.

Age restriction/ responsible drinking

By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age. Please also note that any intended recipients of the alcohol you are buying must also be over 18 years of age. We encourage responsible drinking and recommend you follow the Government guidelines for alcohol consumption.
