REVIEW: Sparkling Rosé '1928' - Cavicchioli
Despite a rather deep hue and a label that's maybe a little more on the girls-just-wanna-have-fun side, this stuff is far more sophisticated than you might initially think. It smells like strawberries and cream, and tastes exactly like the champagne you want to wash it down with. Fine, crisp bubbles, champagne dryness, and grapefruit bitterness give this bottle of bubbles all the refinement you need for a classy summer soiree. On its own, with canapés, but definitely with style darling!
