REVIEW: Rosato - Filarino
This wine was a good choice. It was refreshing, light and sharp with some flavours of rhubarb and gooseberry. It woke me up and cooled me down. It's subtle with little hints of raspberry, but with enough going on that you have to look twice. It's confident, and knows who it is, yet easy going. A wine that might play devil's advocate in a large group of people. You could enjoy this wine at a BBQ with a glass in one hand and a minty lamb burger in the other while discussing politics and literature and trying to impress a girl you've just met. Eminently quaffable.
