This crisp dry white from the Gavi DOCG region (the highest classification for Italian wines) is all about fresh green apple, lemon and lime flavours, with a hint of stone fruit on the aftertaste.
It's made in the southern part of Piedmont, Italy, from 100% Cortese grapes, the indigenous white grape which is well-loved for its bracing citrus qualities.
